Customer Meeting Policy
(Planning Meetings)

Effective January 1st, 2024, Hurricane Productions has implemented certain guidelines regarding cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows to maintain an efficient workflow and respect everyone's time and efforts. As per the new policy, any cancellations reschedules, or no-shows within 72 hours or less will incur a charge of 30% of the total service fee or $350.00, whichever is greater. This policy applies to all meetings whether in person, by phone, or virtually. This policy does not apply to event cancellations. Client & Customer meetings are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays. Time slots are offered in increments between 12:00 pm ET to 4:00 pm ET and will be offered based on staff availability. Planning meetings for Weddings are not conducted outside of this schedule or after hours for operational purposes.

We believe this policy will encourage better planning, communication, and accountability when it comes to scheduled meetings. If you need to reschedule or cancel your meeting, we kindly request that you do so more than 72 hours before the scheduled meeting time.
This will allow us to make necessary adjustments and accommodate any changes or conflicts that may arise. By adhering to this time-frame, we can minimize any inconvenience caused by last-minute changes. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that instances of late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may result in further action being taken, including additional charges or limitations on future bookings. Hurricane Productions will allow up to 15 minutes of delay starting at the beginning of the scheduled meeting start time. If a Client/ Customer does not show up to the meeting within  the first 15 minutes, a no-show meeting fee will apply due to our tight schedule and the client will need to reschedule.  It is understood that Hurricane Productions shall have zero liability for the Client's failure to attend the meeting & rescheduling availability may not always be guaranteed.
