Absolutely! Each client receives their own website log-in where you can create a customized LOVE IT, LIKE IT, and HATE IT playlist. You can even invite your guests to submit requests on your wedding website if desired.

All Professional DJs are required to abide by ASCAP/BMI regulations when it comes to music downloads & playback/broadcast for professional performance. Unlike some DJs who disregard this requirement, Hurricane Productions subscribes to a music agency to obtain the rights to play music at your event. When you book Hurricane Productions, we give you access to an online planner to select & pick your songs.

Yes! All wedding reservations include up to 2 video meetings. We will schedule one of the 2 meetings for 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding date to review the planning portal and the invoice you've entered. The remaining free meeting is for you to use as you wish, whenever needed. Each meeting is for up to 60 minutes.

Yes. Our contracts protect your investment and protect Hurricane Productions at the same time.

All reservations require a Credit or Debit Card on file with Hurricane Productions. A Minimum of one-half of the subtotal, (50%), is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the date of service. Hurricane Productions reserves the right to require payment in full at the time of reservation if deemed necessary. If the Customer reserves services within 30 days or less of the contracted service date, the Customer will be asked to submit payment in full. All Payments must be made with a Credit or Debit card in the Customers name. Additional fees such as Processing fees, Surcharges, Service Charges, and any other charges may apply where applicable and may not be included in the subtotal quoted. Please refer to your service Agreement for more information. Additional Payment Terms (The Legal Stuff) Purchaser authorizes Hurricane Productions to charge the credit/ debit card used for invoices for any future charges in accordance with these terms. If a payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the Purchaser understands the payment may be executed on the next business day. Purchaser understands this authorization will remain in effect until canceled it in writing, and Purchaser agrees to notify Hurricane Productions LLC in writing of any changes to account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next charge date. Purchaser certifies authorization to use such credit card and that Purchaser will not dispute the scheduled payments provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in the service agreement. Purchaser will be assessed a one-time Thirty Dollar ($30) late charge in addition to interest at the rate of 10 percent (10%) per month until payment is received. In the event of non-payment, Hurricane Productions LLC retains the right to terminate the Agreement as well as to attempt collection through the courts. The Purchaser will be held responsible for all court fees, legal fees, attorney fees, and collection costs incurred by Hurricane Productions LLC. Purchaser shall be charged Fifty-Five Dollars ($55) for each returned payment plus a Ten Dollar and Fifty Cents ($10.50) service charge for each collection notice. In the event of non-payment or declined card(s), Hurricane Productions LLC retains the right to terminate the agreement as well as to attempt collection through the courts. Purchaser understands their information will be securely saved on file for future transactions with Hurricane Productions LLC. Purchaser hereby authorizes Hurricane Productions to charge the credit card on file for the agreed-upon rates & services. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to update the information and notify Hurricane Productions LLC in the event the card number has changed, expired, or closed. All services are subject to a service charge of 18%.

As an in-demand independent DJ company, Hurricane Productions is booked for weddings & events 12-36 months in advance. If we are already booked on your date, our staff will help you find another premier DJ option.

Yes! We offer a classy photo booth experience to all clients as an optional add-on service.

All of our DJ's have a minimum of 200 events performed individually. That translates to years and years of professional experience!

Each booking with Hurricane Productions includes our professional emcee skills. A member of our team will coordinate with you before making the announcements for your formalities. Additionally, we’ll coordinate with the Banquet Staff, Photographer & any Videographers at the reception to ensure that they’re informed.

Rates depend on the day of the week, total hours, location, and desired services/ enhancements such as ceremony services, uplighting & photo booths. Hurricane Productions believes in upfront pricing; you will receive a quote upon contacting us with the requested details.
