The Quote

Our price quotes and contracts are offered after all requested information & details have been received by our team. We offer a base package and plenty of add-on options to choose from. Accepting a Quote is not a legal bind & you are not obligated to proceed with booking Hurricane Productions. A signed contract is a legal bind between the client(s) & Hurricane Productions, LLC. All client(s) will be held to the highest standard. If a client wishes to cancel after a contract is signed, they will be responsible for all cancellation fees & fines as stated in the agreement. All services are subject to a service charge of 18%.

 

Promos & Sales
All promotions are valid only for the date listed in the advertisement. Promos & Sales are valid only for new clients during the promotional period. Promotions are limited to one per client per event/ date. Travel charges & additional service charges may apply where applicable. In order to receive the promotion, the contact must complete the form on our website before the promotional period ends. Hurricane Productions reserves the right to edit, pause, or disable a promotion during the promotional period at any time for any reason. Additional terms & conditions apply. Communication

By contacting Hurricane Productions, you are agreeing to electronic communication via email, SMS Text, Online Chat, & Phone Calls. Sometimes an automatic email will be sent to keep the process moving. All communications, will be date & time stamped with additional information. Please mark our emails as a safe sender and mark the priority properly to receive messages in your inbox in a timely fashion. Any email unsubscribes will void any active/ pending quotes. 

Third Party Sources

Pricing on third party websites or viewable from any third party sources are considered invalid. Quotes & rates are never a guaranteed & are subject to change without notice at any time for any reason prior to signing a contract. Our pricing is based on various conditions. The final pricing may be higher or lower than the initial price offered on the quotation.

DJ Assignment

We sometimes provide multiple events or services on the same date. Please consult with us to determine which DJ / MC will be assigned to your event. 

​Consultations

Consultations are conducted via web-conferencing. Contact Hurricane Productions for additional information on web-conferencing. A final consultation is required 2-3 weeks prior to the event. All planning forms & and timelines are key in completing the planning process. Your online planning access will be disabled 14 days prior to the event for your DJ to begin putting the music together.

Booking/ Contract Completion (Signature Capture)

A reservation is not complete until a contract has been signed by all parties and a minimum 50% non-refundable retainer has been paid. The retainer is typically due immediately after digital signature(s) are captured by the contract. All events are non-refundable and non-transferable at any time for any reason. Client Portal

Hurricane Productions provides online portals for granting access to all digital documents of future and past events, including quotes, contracts, and invoices. In addition, you may receive a login to a second portal for planning your event with our digital event timelines & music planners. Hurricane Productions uses Google Drive/ DropBox for file sharing when the need arrises.

Song Requests

We try hard to accommodate song requests that are submitted at the DJ booth or thru our website with requestor's name, artist name and song title. Some restrictions may apply based on host preference, audience and length of event. 

Privacy Policy & Data Security

Hurricane Productions will never sell or give away client information or send spam. We only use contact info to offer services for which our current and prospective clients have already expressed interest. Some event photos may appear on our website and/or social media pages. Your signature on the contract gives us consent to capture photos & videos at your event for website & marketing purposes. Read our full Privacy Policy here.
