When you participate in a meeting or conference (Live or Virtual), managed by Hurricane Productions, LLC, you will be participating in a function where photography, video, and audio recording will occur. Hurricane Productions, LLC uses cloud-based meeting platform(s) to conduct meetings. It is important that we continue to respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of our customers. By participating in remote communications, you agree that you may not save, record, share, or post this session or any photos from this session without prior permission. By participating in the meeting, you consent to video recording, audio recording, and/or photography and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or for any other purpose(s) that Hurricane Productions LLC, its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deem fit to use. You release Hurricane Productions, LLC staff and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings. By entering the meeting premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Hurricane Productions, LLC or the person or entity designated to do so by Hurricane Productions, LLC. In addition, the meeting will be monitored for unauthorized recording. By attending the meeting, you agree not to record or digitize any parts of the presentation. If you attempt to use a recording device, you consent to your immediate removal from the virtual platform and forfeiture of your access to the meeting details.
